Who is The Gerber Group?

My philosophy of marketing a home advantageously is to provide the easiest access to view my listings starting with an Open House for Agents from 11 - 1 during the week and from 2 - 5 for the public on the following Saturday and Sunday.

Many agents will send their Buyers to these Open Houses while they are otherwise engaged. Other buyers find the Open Houses on the Internet. Most active buyers are under a Buyer's Agency Contract, which limits my personal opportunities to connect with a Buyer at an Open House. The lack of opportunity and the extra effort required prevents some Agents from engaging in Open House marketing to the detriment of their sellers.

It is my conviction that I must live up to the highest standard of service excellence. My clients may rest assured that their interests are pursued with diligence to maximise their investment. Taking a short cut is not acceptable to me."

Operation Eyesight Universal

The Gerber Group is committed to continue supporting Operation Eyesight Universal, a non-profit organization, working since 1963 in places like South Asia and Africa to support local eye doctors, educators and community leaders in their efforts to fight blindness.
